1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the ace667 platform (including the website at ace667.net and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration & Security

One Account Policy

The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where ace667 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. ace667 reserves the right to void any bets placed and to confiscate any bonuses or winnings accrued across all identified duplicate accounts.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. ace667 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits are credited to your ace667 wallet in BDT and are typically reflected instantly for mobile money transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business hours for bank transfers. ace667 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and KYC verification status. ace667 aims to process all withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts using mobile money methods and within one (1) business day for bank transfer withdrawals. ace667 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity has been flagged for review.

Currency

The ace667 platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts displayed on the platform are denominated in BDT. ace667 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not operate multi-currency wallets.

Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in respect of any deposit made to your ace667 account, except in cases of demonstrable fraud. Initiating an unjustified chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, recovery of the disputed amount from your wallet balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where fraud is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ace667 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, BPL season offers, Eid promotions, Pohela Boishakh specials, cashback deals, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer terms) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. • Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that are not completed before the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

6 Prohibited Conduct

By using the ace667 platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any item on this list constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to deposit funds into your ace667 account.
• Money laundering: Using the ace667 platform for the purpose of laundering, transferring, or concealing funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your ace667 Login credentials or account, or accessing another player's account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one ace667 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker room, or sportsbook market.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any software glitch, malfunction, error, or miscalculation in the ace667 platform or any third-party game provider's product to obtain funds or winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Automated wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place wagers or interact with the ace667 platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms & Conditions.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, documents, or payment credentials at any point during the registration or verification process.
• Interference with platform integrity: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ace667 platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.

ace667 employs dedicated risk management, fraud detection, and account integrity monitoring systems. Suspicious account activity is reviewed by our compliance team and may result in account restriction, temporary suspension, or permanent closure pending investigation, in ace667's sole discretion.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

ace667 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months; or at ace667's sole discretion where it determines that continued operation of the account is not in the interests of platform integrity or player protection.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ace667 will endeavour to notify the account holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond, except where doing so would compromise the integrity of an ongoing investigation or where the circumstances require immediate action to prevent harm.

Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed other than as a result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds or contested amounts) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, ace667 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the account balance in accordance with the specific circumstances of the breach.

Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your ace667 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live support team. Account closure requests made under ace667's self-exclusion programme are processed immediately and irrevocably for the duration of the self-exclusion period selected. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ace667 will make reasonable efforts to contact dormant account holders at their registered email address before applying any dormancy fee or initiating account closure procedures. Any dormancy fees applied will be clearly disclosed in the Fees and Charges section of the account dashboard.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace667 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliated companies shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ace667 platform or any of its products and services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ace667 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform.
• Any technical failure, server downtime, connectivity issue, or data loss affecting your ability to access or use the platform or to place wagers in a timely manner.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that contain errors or inaccuracies, where ace667 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your ace667 Login credentials.
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners integrated with the ace667 platform.

ace667's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not in any event exceed the total amount deposited by you in your ace667 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ace667 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your breach of these Terms & Conditions; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; your infringement of any third-party rights; or any false or misleading information provided by you to ace667 during registration or at any other time.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
